This role is perfectly suited to a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who is looking to continue high-quality claimant work while enjoying genuine flexibility and autonomy.
The Role

• Managing a varied claimant employment caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion

• Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, and settlement agreements

• Running matters independently, with appropriate support

• Fully remote working with no requirement to attend an office

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in employment law

• Strong experience in claimant-side employment work

• Confident handling files end-to-end

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Comfortable and effective working remotely
